Choose the integration that matches your store. Keep your catalog as the product source and add shipping, return and FAQ content for the assistant.

  • WooCommerce plugin: Install SuperSeller from WordPress.org, connect a company API key and enable sharing after reviewing the consent settings. Sync the initial catalog, use background updates for product changes and enable the optional storefront widget. Follow the WooCommerce guide below for the tested setup and troubleshooting.
  • Shopify setup: Review the Shopify integration guide for the current installation and authorization flow. Confirm app availability and billing in the Shopify installation screen before approving access. Shopify billing and installation are separate from the WordPress plugin.
  • Custom storefronts and other platforms: Use the hosted widget with your company ID for the storefront chat interface. Send products and approved knowledge from your server with company-scoped API keys, or use a prepared CSV import. API keys belong on the server, not in public storefront code.

Do I need both the WordPress widget and a manual script?

No. When the WooCommerce plugin widget is enabled, do not add a duplicate manual embed snippet.
