SuperSeller

An AI assistant for your WordPress site

Give visitors answers from your selected pages and FAQs. Set up the assistant in WordPress, then turn on the optional chat widget when your content is ready. WooCommerce is optional.

  • Choose the content visitors can ask about: Start with the questions people already bring to your site: opening hours, service details, delivery terms, returns or a short FAQ. In SuperSeller → Knowledge Base, write custom answers or select published WordPress pages and posts to share. Sync only the material you approve. When a source page changes, review and sync it again so the assistant has current information. You can use the knowledge base without a WooCommerce catalog.
  • Set up the assistant from WordPress admin: The Overview shows the first steps: create a SuperSeller company, generate its API key and connect it in Settings. After saving privacy consent, open AI Assistant to edit the widget title, subtitle, welcome message, message placeholder, tone, two colors and support email. The API key stays on the WordPress server; more advanced assistant options remain in the SuperSeller dashboard.
  • Publish chat when your answers are ready: The chat widget is optional and starts off. Review the content you shared, configure any privacy notices or visitor consent your site needs, then enable the widget and choose its position. Test a question the assistant should answer and one that needs your team. Check the result on a phone as well as a desktop, and keep an obvious support contact for questions that need a person.
  • Add product discovery if you use WooCommerce: With WooCommerce active, the same plugin adds catalog import and background product updates. Product sync lets the assistant use your product names, prices, attributes and availability when helping shoppers find items. Order conversion tracking is a separate, default-off choice. If you run a service site or publication without WooCommerce, these store controls stay out of the way.

Do I need WooCommerce to use the WordPress AI chatbot?

No. The optional chat widget, knowledge base, Overview and core assistant editor work on a WordPress site without WooCommerce. WooCommerce is required for product catalog sync and order conversion tracking.

Does the plugin automatically read every page on my site?

No. You choose published pages and posts to share, and you can add custom knowledge entries. Review and sync the content you want the assistant to use. This gives you control over what leaves your WordPress site.

Is the WordPress plugin free?

The plugin is free to install. A SuperSeller account is required. Its Free plan includes 30 conversations per month for one company without a card; paid plans offer higher limits.

Can I change the chat greeting inside WordPress?

Yes. After connecting a company and saving privacy consent, the AI Assistant page lets you edit the greeting and other core text, tone, colors and support email. Advanced settings remain available in the SuperSeller dashboard.
